What A Mess!!!! From: nevagain04 Date posted: 4/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   If your looking to rent here... keep on truckin! The up keep of this complex is lacking -to say the least. The stove hardly ever worked and the apartment was infested with roaches & mice. The management was NOT helpful and the work orders were never completed cause the maintenance staff never seemed to be available. Monica (the so called manager) seemed too busy to attend to her occupants and more so in her personal affairs.The rent is cheap but I'd pay more to have a better living environment anyday! Here you get what you pay for!
