I Have been a resident at marsh creek for a year previouse and have come back because I think it is a nice place for the kids and the location and price can't be matched in town. I found the qualification process a bit stringent..more so this year than the last time... but worth while. The place is small but nice and fairly new.. I find the management very nice and professional... as well as the maintentice ...They will promptly fix any issue that arises...Even after hours if it is urgent. I agree with other reviews about some vandalisim and problems with the young kids..but that is parents fault not managment. They are not baby sitters.

Management here is a joke, but you're right, it is the parents job to keep an eye on there children.. it is a little hard to do though when you are drunk or stoned or not home at all. Things don't get fixed.. ever!! they just get worse.

It is the managemnet's fault for not punishing teh parents off the kids, and for no security. The place has really gone down hill in the last year...a lot of scum moving in.
