I have lived here about 3 years, and it is the worst it has ever been, believe me when I say, those other reviews are written by different people, you will be sorry if you live here, the hoodlum kids that live here control the place and the Management does nothing to stop them, they will damage your car & everything else on the property. As far as teh Section 8, I don't know, but it sure looks like it, teh quality of the people moving in makes me think, yes on teh section 8.

So if you still want to live here , remember, you were warned.

I have lived at Marsh Creek for 9 years. It is a wounderful community. They have large play areas of my kids. It is a great program that allows families to save money and someday be able to buy a home. The staff has always been friendly and assisted me with whatever I have need. I would highly recommend.
