It's not what it use to be

When I first moved to this apartment community back in 2006, it was very beautiful. The landscaping was great and the quality of people were great; oh my, how things changed. Since the property was sold last year, the quality of how things use to be, have gone down tremendously. The new ownership, has made a complete mess of the outer appearance of the apartments. The landscaping is just a disgrace. There's dog droppings everywhere. The apartments are poorly insulated (you will have a high electric bill). The previous owner didn't allow certain type of people live here but the new owner doesn't care. This apartment community is slowly becoming ghetto because the quality of people that are now able to live here, are ghetto. This is why I'm moving out, the sooner, the better. Please take heed of what I'm telling you, I have nothing to lie about. Remember, I lived here almost 3 years; so I know what I'm talking about. By the way, the one bright spot, the leasing office staff and maintenance, are great but that's about it.

Been here the same amount of time, Didn't know the property was sold. Yeah, all kinds of people are moving in and I don't like it. It so does seem like riff raff. I guess money talks now but it's not worth it. Some guy passed away here too I think.
But yeah, your best bet is to try out those new apartments off Sand Creek. They're brand new.
