First off, nothing in the apartment works after a couple weeks if it even makes it that long. I have had my stove "fixed" 3 times already and it still does not work, the closet doors continuously fall of the track, our front door knob falls off constantly. I currently live here now and live on the bottom apartment and we hear everything that goes on in the upstairs apartment and management told us to complain in writing which we have done numerous times and nothing is ever done about it. The back fence has fallen over several times and they just prop it up with 2x4's. They find cheap ways to "fix things," however they continuously raise the rent....... where does this money go' They never do what they say they're going to do whenever a problem arises. They schedule events such as pressure washing the complex and tell you not to park in front of the building in between certain hours then don't even begin to do it until after the scheduled time. Our income has been overestimated twice already by times two of what we actually made and our rent has been raised three times now in a two year period. This is an income based complex we make less now than when we moved in but we pay almost $300 more than we did when we first moved in. They are very unorganized and keep asking for more and more paperwork after they said they didn't need anymore. Be sure to watch your laundry if you do even risk staying here because the second your clothes are done and you're not there someone will take your out and use the machine for themselves even if your clothes aren't done yet & after they get what they want from your stuff. Last but not least the front gate doesnt work half the time so good luck if you decide staying at these apartments because after our lease is up we are gone!!!!!

**Before anyone else writes any more stupid comments like the second one we received, we did get outta that ghetto place!!! And for that person's information you can not get out of a lease without paying a penalty fee... smartone!!

overall, i would say it's true. it's not what it used to be. it was more family oriented around here. and quiet. it seems to be getting louder and louder. the back laundry room has no hot water, the gates stay open all night when they feel like it, things don't get fixed, and people park outside of their spaces. i am considering leaving after my lease ends as well.

First of all if all that is happening don't wait until your least is up if its that bad move now. Why are you staying there move on, something must be good about it your still there, and besides if all that is going on there are plently of local state agencies that call be talked to fix your problem. So whatever!!!!
