I lived at Marsh Creek for two years and it was one of the nicest communities I have lived in. There are some children, but all in all they are good kids. The Office and Maintenance staff are GREAT - they will try their best to meet your needs - Give it a try you will not be disappointed.... I promise.

I don't know who you're kidding unless you are or know the staff they're nice but thats about the only good thing in these apartments........as for the new paint job, that's a joke why waste money on some ugly paint jobs its not like its going to help this place get any better how about you pass a survey around and ask these same questions to the people that live there and see what you get so come on don't kid yourself
