We have lived here for just over 4 months now, and it was the worst mistake we could have made. The apperance is nice, but it ends there. Details were not disclosed at signing of the lease regarding a seperate bill for WATER AND SEWER! We pay $1,150 a month for 1 bedroom, 550 square feet, plus additional $35 a month for our pet, and then we get a WATER AND SEWER BILL! They expect us to pay for a community dumpster and shared hot water and water usage, this is all supposedly prorated per occupancy, right. $57 a month for 2 adults who basicaly use the place to sleep at. Most of our water and trash usage is done at our familys home (their city water and garbage bill is only $75 a month for a family of 4 plus us). We were told when we moved here that our parking lot was going to be paved and then we would get assigned parking, that took 3 months. We get home late at night and would have to park on Village Dr. (getto) and walk in. Even with the assigned parking one of is still having to park on the street most of the time. Sometimes I wish we had stayed where we were, 250 a month less, we had our own washer and dryer, a gym, clean pool, plenty of parking and water and garbage included. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone even if it was the only place in Brentwood. We thankfully only signed a 6 month lease, 2 more left, but I am currently looking for something else, I am willing to break this lease if it means we get out of this hell hole.
