I would not recommend this apartment to anybody. The reasons is because Yessica the manager acts all sweet to your face like were welcomed here but as soon as you start living there she switches up real quick. Telling us we cant have company, we cant have more than one guest for the pool, constantly leaving notes on the door stating that the kids cant roller skate, skateboard, and ride their bikes. Also because shes more worried about her money rather than our living. When we first moved in everything looked so good and she seemed so sweet but not even a month into us living here our handle brakes off our sliding glass door. The curtain rods wont slide no more, and she doesn't fix anything. Its not worth the price at all! Not only that there sooooo small. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

Okay so I read this review and laughed its so funny!!! I moved in a year ago and i love it. The children are like any other sometimes they listen and sometimes they don't and for the safety of other residents she has to be strict with them for the safety of everyone in the community. Yes we all cannot have tons of people at the pool because it is a community pool and everyone can only invite so many hello there is a law on capacity guidelines if your not sure read your lease!!! Things do get fixed here on time unless there is an emergency then that goes first but come on every other resident and I know too many all say the same they love it here. Also, if you can't afford the small rent for the upgrades maybe you should move to low income housing they are accepting applications all the time. Good luck!!
