I lived at Town Centre a while back. I watched the quality spiral downward due directly to the management at the time. I experienced problems with maintenance entering my apartment without notification (I had my tricks to know when they entered). Manager at the time was a gossip, practiced extreme favoritism (especially if they were a good source of drugs for her), rented to minors (the apt behind me was used as a flop house by a teenager!), rented to Section 8's and riff-raff. Crime skyrocketed. I tracked down the name of the property OWNER and filed a formal complaint, threatening a lawsuit due to privacy issues from the office. The place deservingly earned the name "Town Center Projects". She is gone, lives somewhere in a trailer, and it's good to hear things are improving. Congratulations Town Centre.
ps - I was lucky enough to have a parking spot right outside my apartment door.
pps - the person with the vendetta.... probably one of the favorites from previous management. Not so easy when you have to EARN respect, is it'
