This place is absolutley terrible. Every apartment has three times as many people in it as they are supposed to. Neighbors play extreamly loud music at all hours, no matter how much we complain. We moved there and they assigned us a parking spot, we then got told to park in the street, where my vehicle was stolen. Since living in these apartments i've whitnesed a stabbing, and a beating. the grounds are a joke, it says controlled acess entry. Yeah right, the door is always unlocked, and the others, people just shove wood into the lock so they don't close right. Our windows don't have screens, never did. It's nice they paid the utilities , but now i know why. Dont move here, whatever you do. I've been homeless before, and this is only very SLIGHTLY better than that. The manager is never available, and when you can get a hold of her, she really doesn't do much at all to help. DONT MOVE HERE

No! We are completely serious. Your probably Magarita, the manager, who does nothing. I don't even know how you get paid. We were a nice couple who moved there and loved it for a month, before they apparently implemented the "non-citizens welcome" policy. Shortly after that the roaches from the apartment next door (which holds 3 adults and 2 children, as well as mold on the windows and a terrible stench). We were disgusted.
