located in dangerous area yet no security guard
frequent burglary,even a muder case at parking lot

dangerous area? anything can happen, anytime, anywhere. Yet this unfortunate incident was a personal issue specifically related to the victim, who had just moved here. Overall, nicely maintained property and professionaly managed. How many apartment complexes do you know around here with security guards??? McComber Creek, just across the street, is located in the same 'dangerous area' then? No mention of crime there.
