From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/17/2006 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006 1 response   ever since marcelo gigena (ex-manager) started at this place, everything went down hill. visitor parking was assigned to tenants because they cannot figure out if the empty spaces through out the rest of the property have been filled. He also turned his head at multiple families living 10 people per unit just to fill empty holes. c'mon WESTERN I think if we are paying YOU our hard earned money WE DESERVE BETTER MANAGEMENT.
