I agree with another tenant. This place used to be great, but I am looking forward to the end of my current lease. I've lived here for 4 years and it was a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Nowadays, it is extremely noisy with a lot of young children being really rowdy up until late at night. As another person stated, I truly believe that they are aggressively targeting long-term tenants to move out by raising their rent. It seems the longer you stay, the more eager they are to get you to leave. Cutting the laundry room in half was one of the most frustrating nuisances I've experienced.
