Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
 
The rate went up too quickly but everything else went down. Too may people who had several kids in a i-bdrm apt were moving in and it was getting very noisy. the kids mostly did not speak english so I soucln't even tell them to play quietly. Thre were roaches and the air-conditioning was very inadequate. I was very glad to move.
