This is a nice apartment complex. The manager is very friendly and the grounds people as well. A couple complaints:
1. Parking is very difficult. One assigned spot per apartment and unless you get home before 6pm parking is very difficult and tickets are given out frequently when you have to park in the city parking lot across the street.
2. The noise level is ridiculous. I understand that living in tight apartment quarters creates some noise but this particular complex attracts less than polite tenants. It seems there's always some crazy lady screaming and cussing at the top of her lungs at all hours of the day and night. This is personally a big issue for me and part of the reason I moved.
