Nasty Management - Rude, Biased

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
 
Good: Clean complex, anti noise, anti clutter. Kids contained. Good access.

Bad: Managment in general, shoddy repairs. Fixes everything but with complaints and Rude retorts.
Lazy to keep parking areas clean.
Owners do not care about anything but that the manager keeps apts rented.
