The manager--Barbara is a paranoid-psycho. She thinks any small noise is terrible and yells at you about it. You can see her jump up out of her apartmant to yell at a passerby who is talking too loud on their cell etc.. Its crazy!! I don't think shes playing with a full deck. She is rude, mean, and just plain miserable in general.
The maintanance guy is a joke--and all they want to do is repair things instead of replace them. $$$$$$ is what matters to them--not persons. NOT A KID FRIENDLY PLACE!! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
