Here is the scoop the apartments have no extra parking. You end up having to play the ?I hope my car doesn?t get towed game? every week because of the street sweepers. The management is older and very grumpy. The good thing about this is they are anti noise, so if you like a quiet spot this will help. The problem with quiet is the apartments have no insulation so you will hear your neighbor going to the bathroom and your AC/Heat bill will be outrageous. One last note smells transfer very easily from apartment to apartment so Fish smells last all night and cigarette smells are never ending. I hope this helps you! Have a good day.
