New owners took over about a month 1/2 ago. Promised exciting new changes. They have destroyed what was once a beautiful place to live. They have chopped down beautiful trees and torn out exotic plants and bushes. They have removed gorgeous fountains. Previous managers were wonderful. You can never find the current manager. All the current residents are saddened to see what has happened to this place. The lush scenery that once was here is what attracted most of us to live here. Now we have a wide open view of busy Lincoln Ave. I have lived here for years and will now move.

Very sad....

As a homeowner, I have found it difficult to get positive reviews about large apartment complexes. But I must say, I have heard no negative reviews about the Enchantress Apartments until this one. I was very impressed with the apartment's surroudings when I submitted an application recently. The manager was more than responsive to showing me a prospective apartment for the third time in less than three weeks. I was aware of the Monday through Friday stipulaton but she still called me on a Saturday to view an apartment. Obviously, it is hard to be satisfied in a large apartment complex. But thus far, the Enchantress Apartments is much better than other large complexes in Orange County.

Ofcourse the apartment manager is eager to get new tenants. I have never seen an apartment manager who is not eager to show apartments to prospective tenants. Here at Enchantress, the new management has implemented some new rules. The utilities are shared now. I got by bill appx $48 just for the gas usage !!! and boy this is summer (no heating). I wonder what's gonna happen in winter when people start cranking up the heat. I talked to quite a few people all seem to agree that the (gas) bill is very high and should be around $15 in summer. I talked with the managment and they attributed the high gas bill to rising energy price. But my question is why only at Enchantress ???

We just moved in about 2 months ago and we were never told about the shared utilities, which are $90.00!!! Can you believe it? When I confronted the "manager" after 3 or 4 times looking for her in the office and find it was closed during bussines hours she just said that she told my husband, which is not true. Anyways, this is a big mistake,unproffesional management and we can't wait to move out! This utilities charges are a rip off!!!!!!!!
