The sign on the street advertises Luxury Apartments and the rents are higher than most others in Buena Park. The promise of peaceful luxury is a lie. The complex is overrun with screaming kids. From 7:00 am til after 11:00 pm every day. Management could care less. Don't even think that the extra money you fork over for these places gets you anything more than you'd find in crummy places. It's all smoke and mirrors. Management greets you with a smile, takes your money and then good luck chuck.

This guy was really mad and wasn't here long. The people across the grass next to the office (5450 A) yelled day and night. They went outside and were noisy late at night. They had extra people living with them and he could see them come and go. He made a complaint about it and got evicted.
