Too Expensive From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/19/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   I agree with the other reviews.I currently live here and I can hardly wait until my lease is up to move out. It is really expensive and the manager is hardly ever in her office. And its true that she will charge you if you come to her home when she's closed. But how will you ever get to see her otherwise'' I have talked with a lot of the other tenants and they all hate her. She was nice at first when I moved in but now it seems as if everything is a problem for her. She made even the simplest of transactions " a big deal" It is also REALLY noisy in the mornings and afternoons because of the maintenance and the aircraft.And in the winter there are disgusting wet leaves everywhere...Honestly if I knew how it would be now, I would have NEVER moved in and saved A LOT of money on rent.The studio is HARDLY worth $815. It is so small you can only walk around in circles. Also the studios get really hot and there is poor ventilation and privacy.Don't move in here unless you want to be treated badly. A word to the owner of this complex..Get a new manager!!!She sucks!!!!
