Great place to live, Manager and Maintenance are great.

We originally moved to Jasmine Villa in 1995 and left for six months returning in 2000.
I have lived at Jasmine Villa for almost twelve years and will be moving out in a few weeks, March 27th 2007. I see the posts concerning the manager and they couldn t be more wrong. My guess is that these tenants were probably doing something wrong like playing music too loud or not maintaining their patio. I once parked my car backwards, and my kid was told not to ride his bike on grounds both against apartment policy, she told me in a firm way that I couldn t do that, exactly how a manager should tell a tenant. She wasn t rude and was very professional. She has always been friendly and we have had several pleasant conversations over the years. She promptly dealt with problem neighbors. I do agree with the posts about the maintenance, Pete is the best and can fix anything. The grounds are always perfect.
About the raising rent without notice another review talked about, Sharon is not the owner and has no control over that. Also, I have rented for almost twelve years and always got a notice to increase on the door and one in the mail. So if this person who wrote the review didn t receive notice, it s because he wasn t paying attention. Also I had a habit of dropping of my rent at the last possible minute after hours through the door. I had no problems and once I was late and was not charged a late fee, my guess is that this person was who was charged was not a responsible person and was probably late often.
