Your home should be a place you do not want to run away from, but Jasmine Villas makes my family SICK. The water here smells of everything it should not smell like. The shower water shoots out water that smells like the neighbors living below. This place is unsafe for children to live at because of the chain smokers. BEWARE! anybody that hates the smell of smoke will end up with asthma or some other allergic reaction and headaches... plus medical bills. It gets really hot in the apartments and the open windows are a MUST but if you are allergic to cigarette smells then you have to stay inside with the fan on. The cigarette smell still seeps up from plumbing, electrical wires, ceiling, and etc. Closing/Opening windows make so much sound that you can hear it throughout the night (even 2 apt. away). Neighbors slamming doors are a problem. The vibration makes my windows rattle.
There are no parking spots at night! The management wants to get as many tenants as so she lets people buy spots. Every time I check, the non reserved spots are getting painted with reserved signs. One time there was an incident when some person wanted to paint their car in the lot on a windy day, and since it was spray paint, the tiny red paint specks landed on many peoples cars. My white car now has tiny red spots ALL OVER the entire body.
When we first moved in, it was NO PETS but now PETS are allowed. There are dogs barking from every corner I walk. If the place here already smells really bad, imagine the smell with the pets.
Fullerton municipal airports planes go right over Jasmine Villa. The airplane sounds are really loud, so I can't even hear the TV when it is passing by. Also, planes cause the TV to momentarily turn into a black screen so if you are watching your favorite TV show.
The apartment is so old that the kitchen does not fit regular sized two door refrigerators. The only fridge that fits is a college dorm room fridge. To fix this problem, the cabinets have to be replaced but that costs too much money so the management would never do that. Most people that live here have their fridges in the living room! There are restrictions to what can go out on the balcony/patio. Recreational items (bikes, rollerblades) and personal items (clothes laid out to dry) are NOT allowed.

LOL Well in my time here (which has been longer than your stay...), I have not encountered anything of such. My water is perfectly fine... so fine that I drink it straight from the tap. I do not see smokers nor smell their smoke. Also, very few people actually have pets. And very seldom do I even hear a small bark... Yes they do ask for you not to hang your clothes out to dry on the balconies which is for most apartments. Nobody wants to see your dirty underwear. Another thing... my kitchen is perfect. Much bigger than the usual apartments. And I fit a brand new Kenmoor regular sized refridgerator in there. Management is great! As well as the maintenance man. The grounds are very well kept up and yes the parking is assigned... much to my liking!!! There is room in the front for visitors. There's little to no noise and chjildren are usually at play. It is very safe and relaxing living here. It seems to me that someone has had a bitter experience here at the villas. In the last weeks fresh paint has been painted on the builddings and the carports as well as new lines painted on the grounds. There is security at night as well as cameras. There is very little action going on around here!! NEEDLESS TO SAY... I LOVE IT! THANKS JASMINE VILLAS... FOR BEING SUCH A NICE PLACE TO CALL HOME.
