My roommate and I consulted this website and drove around Buena Park, Anaheim, Cerritos, and La Palma before finally moving into this place in June 2006. 2bdrm townhome, gated, security door, and new paint/floor was a good deal at less than $1400 right' Turns out it wasn't the steal I hoped for! Our southern neighbors are machine shops that start sawing/cutting early in the morning. Our cabinets are not aligned, and doors/closets are not perpendicular to the floor. The drawers break and the A/C unit near the door doesn't cool the apartment at all...And most importantly, my car has been broken into twice in the last 2 months! Beware of the carports facing south, as the wall is easily hopped...Across the street (on the north) is public housing so the wrong crowd may be hanging around the area at certain times....I'm moving after a year!
