I have been a resident here since 2003, and I finally left this horrid place. There are so many problems here I don't know where to begin.The apts. are old and run-down and they want $1,350 a month for them...what a joke. The walls are thick with off-yellow paint and ALL of the appliances are old. In my apt. I would find termites in the light coverings in the ceiling. I would hear the cracking and shifting of the walls at night. The windows open and close very loudly and residents would usually slam them all times of night. The bathroom countertops are old and peeling

(manager) She never takes care of issues when they are addressed and she smokes so much her apt. and the leasing apt. smells like smoke and old people.
(maintenance) He never fixes anything right the first time so he always has to come back several times. Don't let him come over on a hot day because he will leave your apt. smelling VERY STRONG.
The assistant manger is very nice and helpful. The Hispanic gardener is the only hard working person at this awful place. The front gates are always broken and there is a homeless woman that rides her bike into the apts. She digs through the dumpster looking and taking everything. She also leaves a mess around the dumpster. I have seen her take papers from the trash that probably have residents SS# on it. My neighbor told me that she had fraud on her account. There are two boys that live in the back of the apt. that play their music extremely loud one is a black honda and the other is a white Scion(mini-van) the music is so loud it shakes the walls. BEWARE of the older man and his wife that live in the back of the apt!!!!
