First the Pros...
The complex is well maintained.
Now the Cons.....
Yes the complex is well maintained but the gardners use their extremely loud equipment for hours every day. lots of outside noise pollution.
INSIDE: the ceilings in our bathrooms drip a gross orange and green liquid.. We are not sure if it is mold, rust, or what.... it drips from the ceiling onto your clothes, the floor, the walls, and into our hair. It is stick and disgusting. THE WALLS ARE VERY THIN. you can hear everyone below and next door talking, shouting, and slamming doors.
the water pipes are loud and make noises at all hours of the night.
me and my roomate have been sick from the moment we moved in. We have skin rashes, stomach aches, sore teeth, and headaches. The entire complex smells like the TacoBell that is right next door.
the rent is way to expensive for just having nice landscapping.

Fantastic place to live
Where in the world you can find a place where you can have 3 o 4 cars inside your community and even your friends can park inside...is so difficult to find a place like las mariposas qhere both, residntes and office are so polite and educated, maintenence won't let you wait neither a day, everithing you ask for is completed inmidiately. i really love and recommended to my friends.
