Paid way too much money for a badly built apartment filled with ants and larvae.

Yes! I do have problems with ants, too, not to mention the crime in the parking lot involving cars. My car has been vandalized twice in less than two weeks period. I am hearing stories about cars being stolen right off the lot. The owner is reluctant to put some reasonable security measures because it would cost too much...yeh..right...how many hundreds of units they have? I am paying 1335 for one bedroom.
