Aside from being overpriced, you should know that when I moved out of there they charged us for every little possible thing. I put up a $500 dollar deposit that was quickly taken in a $963 List of charges including the repainting of the walls, carpet (which was the cheapest easiest to stain Ive ever seen) etc. This place was not in such a state to even justify my deposit being taken in full let alone the crazy charges. Then they sold debt to a collection agency afterwards.

These people put me and my roomates into debt almost 8 months now of being moved out. Oh but they have tennis courts.
