My husband and I moved in after we sold our home; Having not lived in an apartment I was pretty leary. We have been more than satisfied. The grounds are always impecable; the staff/maintenace crew are very nice and easy to work with. We love the jacuzzi/tennis courts. Parking isn't an issue - everyone seems to stay in their alloted places. It is very quiet and everyone seems very respectable about living in such close proximity. In 5 minutes I'm at the local shopping area - Ralph's. I love the ducks in the lakes...my husband and I give it "two thumbs up".
Oh, we've only had one request for a repair and it was taken care of pronto.
They just redid the main lounge and appreciate the daily newspaper available; fitness room is clean.
