It's generally a nice place to live in. Trees and lush greens surround the place, making it more spacious compared to other apartments, generally quiet, too. I have lived here for over three years and the major problem are car break-ins, usually with older car models, to get stereos, GPS or whatever they can get their hands into. One student tenant had her car broken into twice which prompted her to move. I know at least 4 residents whose cars have been broken into, they break the driver's window. We have observed non-residents lurking in bicycles in the parking area, you look at them they leave. We know the thieves are regulars of McComber Creek, they will always be there cause they never get caught.
The security McComber hired comes every hour and makes one round in their patrol car, not much help there! Management don't really offer any help when you let them know of the problem.
Please consider this if you have an older model car. Also I hope management gets to read this so they can do something about it!
