Residents Get Treated Badly

This complex treats potential renters very well. But once you are in, you're done. They have a history of turning over managers, assistant managers. They do not communicate well with current residents and they have recently reduced the maintenance needs of the community to the convenience of the management. They have consistently raised the rent every six months for the last two years in a row and while they are making some exterior improvements - all the better to draw you in - they still treat existing residents as if they were keeping the rent down.
