I would not recommend Villa Buena Apartments to anyone. They say they are a gated community, however the gate never works. Since I've been here I've been here my apartment has been broken into. You can hear the water pipes though the walls all night so forget about a quite night. Then theres the occasional leaking roof. Since the buildings are so old and uncept if the person above you has any kind of leak it goes directly downstairs. We had one incedent where water was filling up in our light fixture. When we called for maintanance they had said it's a common problem in this building. The management changes every couple of months and it's getting worse each time. The current manager is impossible to reach, and on the slim chance you do reach her she lacks basic communication skills. Believe me I can go on. My advice is stay away, stary far away.
