I am a past tenant, and I am writing to forwarn everyone to stay away from renting at Villa Buena. Although at first glance the complex looks nice and well taken care of, it isn't so. From the day I moved in, the place was in shambles. I was told that many of the items in the actual apartment would be fixed, but I lived in the apartment for a year and none of it was fixed. The management is rude and acts as thought they actually own the complex. The maintenance crew works well when allowed, but rarely get to things that need immeidate attention. And the management has enforced all these new rules with the pool, parking and such that is a great inconvenience for residents. However, these rules don't apply to them of course. A double standard if you ask me. Since they also live on the premise, it makes it hard to let those such things go. And last, but not least, ROACHES everywhere!! As much as I sprayed my own unit and put roach and ant traps out, they wouldn't go away. So gross. So, please rethink living in that complex.
