Cockroaches From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   If you move here, get used to living with cockroaches. This place looks nice at first glance, but it is so poorly taken care of. Maintenance issues are ignored. I can't tell you how many times I have reported: my front door won't open properly, the dishwater leaks water all over the floor, the closet drawers constantly fall off, the toilets have clogged up with god-knows-what, the dryers in the laundry room don't blow warm air. Maintenance has not once been sent for repairs. Additionally, the on-site manager is rude and foul. Cars have been robbed in the lot and people who visit Knott's Berry Farm utilize all the parking spaces during the day. The neighborhood is a slum and this apartment is way to overpriced. Go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle!
