I too first thought this looked like a nice place to live. Imagine my surprise to have LOTS of live wasps (they look like bees) IN my apartment! Wasps were right outside my door too; I was afraid to go outside my front door or on the patio at one point. For a while, Management treated this as a big joke; they only had the exterminator come out once. The maintenance guy was wonderful though; he helped me to kill wasps and finally sealed off the apartment for me.

You can hear way too much of the neighbors since the walls are so thin. Plan to wear ear plugs if you live here since some of the neighbors are pretty loud.

It took Management close to a month to refund my security deposit (legally, they are supposed to return it within 21 days) and they ALWAYS take money out for a cleaning fee. So don't waste your money having your place professionally cleaned prior to moving. And if you clean your apt yourself before you move, Management will STILL take money out of your security deposit for a cleaning fee.

The apartments here are overpriced for the area and they raise the rent every 6 months (like clockwork). Make sure you really check out prices in the area since this place is far from being a "deal" financially.
