Ok, so the previous managers Chad and Liz were fair and totally for the residents and I was so very sad to see them go. So we now have new managers. Mr and Mrs Nicte. They are worthless. While Chad and Liz did their jobs and only asked for a measly pay raise or to convert the office in a 3 bedroom, Lara gave a -------- story that the Schroeder brothers did not approve a raise. People talk and this I knew being a new resident and all. I guess I am steering away from the subject.
The managers let their family members park in the vendor parking and they do not take care of work orders in a timely fashion. Too add misery to the wound. They decided to turn the rental office to a 3rd bedroom for the new managers (Chad and Liz's previous request, wtf''') Anyway, they do not clean the laundry rooms, they do not clean up bird ---- on the ground (Chad always did this)and their apartment stink. Mind you, residents have to go in their to put in work orders, and sign new leases. Schroeder has gone to the dogs!!! That ----- Faye aint worth ---- either. She inspects and automatically think carpets are good for 5 years. Well, guess what Faye, I've gone to the city and you will be subpoened soon my dear (she reminds me of Alice Horton on Days of Our Lives)but eviler.
Anyway, stay away! I moved 8 months ago (I lived in a ------ little studio) and I am happier :) What a rip off!!!!
