Live elsewhere! From: Alice1213 Date posted: 12/1/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   I currently live at Avalon Media Center and I encourage everyone that asks me to look elsewhere for living arrangements. The only good things are they keep the place looking fairly clean and it is conveniently located across the street from a shopping center but the office personnel are now renting to the college crowd and the noise level is outrages and goes to all hours of the night. The office personnel will not address the issue and will completely ignore all problems. They will talk politely on the phone to you but that is as far as it goes. College kids are allowed to roam from building to building-harassing tenants and Avalons security patrol operates only on certain nights of the week. So if you are retired and like going to bed at 5am when the college kids do then this may be the place for you. I know of three different tenants that have moved out because of the noise that goes unabated.
