terrible From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/18/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Well first of all, the location is the best thing about these apartments. But that is where it stops. The walls are paper thin and I now know all of my neighbors personal information and problems. Next the staff is about as sharp as a wet noodle. They are great at listening to your problems but they don't have the balls to do anything about it. Next, the rent is outrageous for the amount of apartment that you get. They get you to sign a long tern lease so they can take advantage of you for as long as possible. The air-conditioners are about worthless and if you are lucky enough to get an apartment that gets any sunlight then you will stand out from the rest of the tenants that have developed rickets from lack of sunlight. All i can say is that this is by far the worst apartment that I have ever lived in. Think twice before signing that lease!
