Noise Greedy Management From: tomsplat Date posted: 1/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   Paper thin walls in all units. I can hear people blowing their noses, answering their phones and I even heard my little party animal neighbor wretching in her toilet at 4:30 am! This same neighbor has driven me nuts with her pot parties and subwoofer-driven stereo which is right next to my bedroom wall. In breaking my lease to get away from the noise, I find the Avalon lease gives them the right to refuse my "offer" to break the lease and keep me on the hook for remaining rent! Don't live here under any circumstances.
