BIGGEST MISTAKE OF YOUR LIFE

I have never ever lived in such a horrible apartment until I moved into the so called "Avalon". Every day I wake up I always think that Iım still in a bad dream/nightmare. I canıt even begin to tell you how many problems Iıve encountered since I moved here. The list can just go on and on but some of my most concerns were with the mold on the walls and ceilings, especially in the bathroom. 2nd is the noise and the thin walls just like other people have mentioned in their reviews, you pretty much can hear everything from next wall to upper and lower levels. You would know when and what time they take shower or what they are fighting about or even when they are getting it on. 3rd is that there is no central A/C. Trust me, with the thin wall and no A/C during the summer it could get up to 90 degree or inside your bedroom. Oh and the parking around here is never safe because there were several cars including mine were being hit and dented while being parked there. You can call it hit and run. There are also spiders inside my apartment and cockroaches on the ground and the pool area. Trust me the list goes on and on. DO YOU HAVE TIME FOR ME TO GIVE YOU THE REST OF THE 101 REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD NOT, AGAIN SHOULD NOT CONSIDER AVALON MEDIA AS A PEACEFUL PLACE YOU CAN CALL HOME FOR YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN!
P.S. don't let them show you the model of the apartment because the real one is not nearly as nice as it looks. Also donıt sign contracts.
