Not worth the Money From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/4/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Lets start with the positives..the only being the location. Its well located in the burbank area and theres a mini mall close by. There ends the positives. The walls are very very thin with no insulation and it gets very very hot in the summer. The wall A/C is awful.You will get very high bills but no cooling. You also have to pay for garbage collection. The cable system is another story altogether.It is very expensive and the quality is very bad. The management are always nice to you but the job never gets done. parking is ok.noise is an issue. think twice before renting here..the prices are sky high and the property is totally not worth it. mold in the carpet bathrooms is also and issue here.
