They raise the rent constantly! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/29/2005 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005   Let's see, I have a studio, no central air, right next to the freeway, no dishwasher, noisy neighbors (and management does not do anything when you call them about it), and every year like clockwork they raise the rent. This time the raise is $70 a month, that is an unacceptable raise for a studio apartment. In the past the rate increase was not too unreasonable, but this time it is really too darn high. The apartment seems nice at first glance, they refurbished all the units, but they used really cheap material, so things break easily and all of the cheap silver coating on the bathroom and kitchen fixtures is now peeling off. I have also heard rumor (not sure if this is true) that the company has so many lawsuits against it they are not doing well. I know for certain there was a class action suit against them a few years back, but do not know the details. I would not recommend this apartment building.
