Pretty location but poor management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/21/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I lived here for one year and I loved the area but beware, it may be Burbank but it's not all that safe. We had a car broken into and a motorcycle stolen. Also, there are termites and the maintence is lousy. We had to call a million times to get our leaky sink fixed and then after they finally came out they didn't even fix the problem! Plus they milk you for your security deposit-don't expect to get much back! Basically, it's very commercial so they will treat you like gold when they want to lure you in but don't expect the golden treatment to relax. At least the pools and gym are nice!
