so far so good! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   We moved from Detroit to Burbank - the hardest part was the apartment hunt ... we looked at hundreds of them before we decided on Avalon at Media Center. Andrew was awesome ... he showed us the actual unit we would be renting - not some dolled up nicer version of an apartment that would be similar to the one we would get (like every other rental out there) and that was huge for us ... we didn't want to move 3000 miles to find out our apartment was trash. You don't get much in California for what the rent is - but after looking at a lot of the rest ... trust me - Avalon offers a bit more bang for the buck - nowhere is perfect - but so far so good here!
