I am a current resident here and I wish I had known about this web site before I moved in. I cannot wait until my lease is up this summer so I can move out. It is only February and already it is so hot in my apartment (it went into the 80's in Burbank today) I can only imagine how hot it will be in this second floor apartment this summer with the substandard wall air conditioner I have. The walls are paper thin. I can hear every word from the people next to me and below me. The water pressure is pretty bad. It takes a while for the hot water to heat up...even if you just had it on a minute before. All of the kitchen / bathroom fixtures are of the cheapest quality that you can possibly buy. I've had problems with the extremely rude / ignorant neighbors. We just got a letter from management today informing us about an assault on one of the tenants from 2 men forcing their way into the tenants apartment. This doesn't surprise me at all. The doors are constantly left open. The locks are very cheap.
If you are a prospective tenant and are thinking of moving here, think again. You can do better. This place only looks nice on the surface. It is way too expensive for what you get. The only good thing about this place is that it is in a nice neighborhood, across the street from a little strip mall with a grocery store, Starbucks and drug store. I am counting the days until my lease is up.
