No problems here. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 1 response   I moved here in March of 2007. I've yet to have any serious problems. Maintenance responds within a day or two and leaves a report of what they've done. Management has always been helpful and polite. The neighborhood is decent and mostly quiet. When there's noise, it doesn't last long. I see a lot of complaints about noise and apartment condition, so I should probably clarify that I moved here from an absolute hellhole of an apartment. So, yeah. This place seems pretty nice to me! My only complaints: there are lots of children running around, and they're screamers. They're only out for a few hours a day, though, and are never out at night when people are trying to sleep. The air conditioning will not reach the bedroom. I'm considering a portable AC for that room alone. Those things aside, I'm pretty happy here. But then I've definitely had worse. It's all about perspective, I guess.
