I have never been happier in a place, I moved here from Hollywood and I love it. I have never lived in a quieter apartment, and the staff at Avalon Media Center are amazing! I don't know where these people get these reviews, but I have lived here for sometime now and I love the place. I put in maintenance requests and they get repaired either same day or the next day. These reviews that say its awful must be old, because the place now is amazing.

Unless this guy somehow escaped from the depths of hell, there is NO way this apartment complex is better than his last place. The staff in apartment building need to attend to their tenants not spend all their time posting dis-information! Oh and you are a real man for posting with some fake username?! Loser!
