I am on a 2nd floor apartment, I have central air, which works very well, brand new carpets, its very quiet, never hear a peep from any of my neighbors. Everyone I run into is very nice, and the leasing office has fixed anything I have asked to be fixed in less than 24 hours. I have lived in many places in LA and I am very happy here.

Did you ever notice that these glowing reviews follow an honestly poor review? And that the text is practically the same, with a few noted exceptions.

What I find most interesting is that most people who are satisfied with something don't usually search for sites to post how happy they are. Apparently the people that work for Avalon have plenty of time to sit and write fake reviews than actually assist their tenants...

I can't imagine how low this apartments ratings would be without the staff posting these absurdly positive reviews. Seriously, almost all the reviews are a 1 or a 2, then a 5 pops up? Long story short, this apt complex is too expensive for what you get!
