Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
Apartment are not that great but she charges more money for small ghettos, if you spend little bit of time you will find great apartments near by. Two months advance notice and also when you leave she will hold almost 50% of deposit and gives bull ---- stories. She might give you good deal now but you can expect 100$ increase by end of first yr and with 2 month notice it will be tough for you to get apt outside since other apartments ask for 15days or 30 days notice.
