Parc Pointe Apartments

Seems Nice at First From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/2/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   Firstly--your rent will go up by $100 at the end of each leasing term. Second--In regard to other opinions on this site, I too had a pet rat--no deposit was required. Third--Don't get too attached to television, because you will rarely have it. While renting at this property they had many conflicts with the cable contractor--it was out several times a week. Fourth--Even the most sanitary of people will have an infestation of some sort at one time or another, usually ants(oh yeah and RATS!). Fifth--Parking is ample, two decks available in gated parking area, however not so secure and count on vandalizing or break ins every couple of months. Sixth--Generally the work out rooms are empty-bikes, walking machines, climbers, and universal. Seventh--Grocery Store,Fast food, 7 11, all close by(across the street)--also a gas station.
